Multi-function Paper Edge Protector line

(Model: ZHJ-150DPU, For making L profile, U profile edge protector and flat board)

Characteristics:

ZHJ-150DPU model is for making L profile edge protector, U profile edge protector and flat board and maximum working speed is 30m/min for making L profile edge protector, 20m/min for making U profile protector and 25m/min for making flat board.
Only adjust position of forming moulds for producing edge protector of different profile, doesn’t need to change moulds.
Air cylinder for forming pressure regulating.
Touch screen and servo system make ZHJ-150DPU machine easy for operating and with cutting precision of ±1mm per meter.
With function of automatic malfunction alarm.
Automatic counter for calculating production.
It is easy to disassemble and change the forming wheel.
Gluing section can supply glue with fixed volume automatically.
