Details of each section
Paper feeding section:

- Applying of deceleration motor control, FEEDER is easy to operate. The suction nozzle stroke is double of common FEEDER, and the paper delivery stroke is 1.5 times of common FEEDER. Meanwhile, the performance is stable and smooth. It is especially applicable for large and thick corrugated paper.
- Adjustment is more convenient and quick functioned with electric side stopper.
- The lifting and lowering of the paper feeding frame is controlled by a cylinder, without manual lifting. Simply and gently pull the button could achieve.
- The overall design of the paper feeding frame adopts the gear and rack structure, which can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the size of the paper, making the operation simple and convenient.
Die cutter section
- Worm gear crank elbow type high-precision flat die-cutting work platform
- Fixed high-precision flat die-cutting steel plate
- Die cutting section with safety door and panel frame safety locking system
- Pneumatic Clutch/Brake: A specially designed throttle/airflow buffering circuit system ensures smooth opening and closing of the pneumatic clutch, making the plate loosen difficult.
- The machine has a multi-piece intermittent transmission mechanism and a torque bracket for overload protection in enter.

- High precision RNO paper gripper chain
- 8 lines of gripper, each with 12 (imported spring steel) components

- Equipped with sensor at the paper inlet and outlet to detect paper positioning and paper size.
- The die-cutting blade adopts the central positioning system.

- Electronic display for malfunction and speed.
- Forced automatic lubrication system to ensure the normal oil supply inside the main drive and automatic shutdown without oil to ensure the stable performance of the machine and increase the service life of the machine.
- Gripper transmission chain equipped with independent automatic lubricating oil device.

- The intermittent part of the main transmission adopts a high-precision gear transmission form to reduce machine noise, increase machine operation stability, and reduce the shaking of the gripper. Compared with chain transmission, noise is smaller.


Stripping unit


- The stripping device adopts cam drive, which is stable and reliable. The waste discharging mold adopts linear bearing to slide. When the waste removal function is not required, the stripping action can be separated and suspended.
- In the stripper mechanism, the clutch of the waste removal action adopts pneumatic control, the mechanism is simple and reliable.
Stacking unit
1. Available paper collection methods:
- Automatic belt paper collecting.
- Automatic paper pile lifting table.
- Automatic paper collection with continuous belt running.
- The belt can quickly and conveniently transfer paper piles, ensuring that there are no scratches or burrs in the printing process.

2. Paper collection with collecting table
- Can add pneumatic paper collecting table or ordinary paper collecting platform as per customer’s requirement.

Remarks: The above paper collecting mechanism contains the optional pneumatic paper collecting device.

- The paper receiving sprocket is made of high-quality widened nylon material, which effectively reduces noise.
Electrical Control System
- PLC controls the operation, and equipped with display to show fault monitoring.
- Electrical components and electrical circuits adopt European and American safety standards.
